Marriage Week in Review: March 24-March 30

by Lyn Newton | More from this Blogger

I have been writing sole again this week. Hopefully my partner, Courtney, will be back in action before long. While it has not been easy to keep things rolling without Courtney's help, I have tried to bring you some interesting and valuable topics this week. Check out below for anything that you may have missed out on!

Tuesday, March 25

Arguments: Are Yours Good or Bad? Believe it or not some arguments can actually be constructive to your relationship. Acknowledging that you and your mate have differences can be very helpful to your marriage. However when these differences are acknowledged but not accepted, things can get tough.

Advertising Marriage? After reading an article from a lady who lives in Washington D.C., I realized that some states (or districts) actually advertise marriage for couples. While many of us will admit that children who live in a home with both parents are happier, I am not certain that it is the marriage certificate that does the trick.

Thursday, March 27 There's No Room for Selfishness in a Relationship When two people decide to spend their lives together, they must begin to live in a new manner. The two individuals can no longer only think of themselves. They must also take the other person's thoughts, opinions, and feelings into consideration.

Friday, March 28 When You are Questioning a Divorce Many couples have a difficult time trying to decide if a divorce is the answer to their troubles. If the couple is questioning a divorce, there are troubles. However if they are not on getting a divorce, then there is still hope for the marriage.
