When the end does not justify the means.
I always toy with the idea of running. My husband used to run 60 miles a week. I knew I would never achieve his level of athleticism. I was not an ex-track star in high school. I do not even regret being an ex-track star in high school. I actually have no interest in running at all. I only toy with the idea because I am aware of the immense calories it burns.
