Do You Ever Fall in Love with Your Spouse All over Again?

I know that you always love your spouse or your mate. I know that I always love mine. However there are times that our love seems newer and fresher than other times. There are times when our love feels more abundant and refreshing.

Have you ever had those moments when you look at your spouse or long time mate with new eyes? Of course you love your mate and have not fallen out of love. However, do you ever have those moments when you feel that you have fallen in love all over again?

I personally love those moments. It is those moments when I look at my husband and I see or feel something different. I always think that he is handsome. Yet there are those special times when something just captures me. I look at him and I realize what attracted me to him in the first place.

There are also those times when he says or does something that completely captures my heart. My love for him is heated and the flame of love grows stronger.

There are then the special times when his touch feels like the very first. I actually get butterflies again before we kiss. It feels like a new and exciting love that is wild and free.

I cannot be certain when these moments will hit or even why they occur. However, I am always excited and overtaken when one comes along. These are special times that remind me how lucky I am to have my husband and our love. They are times that recapture my youth and make me feel that teenage love again. They are times that remind me of dating in high school and the freedom of life and love. They are moments not tied down to life or responsibility. They are wonderful moments.
