People joke about celebrity marriages being between two members of a different species rather than two members of the human race. In other words, one actual year of marriage can be translated into 10 celebrity marriage years, as if these people were dogs or cats.

Yesterday Windsor Castle was the setting of a royal marriage. Queen Elizabeth II's oldest grandson, Peter Phillips, married Canadian Autumn Kelly. From what I can tell, Peter's one of the lower profile royals. (Meaning, he keeps a low profile by choice.

Thanks to our new DVR, I was able to record the season finale of one of my favorite shows, the Real Housewives of Orange County. I had missed it when it aired earlier in the week and had forgotten to tape it, but Bravo replayed it this weekend.
